These GetFi Terms of Use, along with any policies referenced herein (collectively, the “Terms”), form a legally binding agreement between you and WikZ LLC, a company incorporated in Wyoming. This agreement governs your access to and use of the App. By accessing or using GetFi, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including our Privacy Policy. Continued use of the App indicates your acceptance of these Terms and any updates.

The App is not intended for use in jurisdictions where it would violate local laws or require us to register or comply with additional regulations. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Using multiple accounts for a single User is strictly prohibited, and violations may result in suspension or permanent banning of all associated accounts. You must obtain prior approval before sending a Telegram user an invitation link or other promotional links to our App. The Company is not responsible for Users who violate this rule.

Use of the App by residents of the United States is prohibited. By using the App, you certify you are not a U.S. resident. If you become a U.S. resident or learn of U.S.-based usage, you must report it to us immediately. Misrepresenting your residency or location may lead to termination of access, and you accept full responsibility for any regulatory consequences arising from such misrepresentation.

3. The App’s Mechanics

3.1 General

GetFi is a MiniApp on Telegram where Users can play the Roll-e game, complete Journey tasks, refer friends, and soon use an AI module to discover products. Users can earn In-Game Coin “GET” through these activities, as described below.

3.2 In-Game Coin “GET”

In-Game Coin “GET” allows Users to engage with the App’s features, such as upgrading in-game items in Roll-e or progressing through Journey tasks. The GET Coin balance is displayed in the App interface and converts 1:1 to GET Coins in your wallet. You can earn GET Coins in the following ways:

4. Referrals

Share your invite link in the Frens section. Each successful referral earns 1 GET Coin, and you’ll also earn 5% of all their total earnings in the App. You must obtain prior approval before sending an invitation link to a Telegram user. The Company is not responsible for Users who violate this requirement.

5. Prohibited Activities

Using technical automation, such as bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with, manipulate, or exploit the App, is strictly prohibited. This includes launching bot farms, automated systems, or coordinated accounts to unfairly earn GET Coins or benefit another account. Any disruption to the App’s mechanics will result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban without notice.

6. Changes to Features and Balances

We may modify, adjust, or remove any App features, mechanics, balances, or functionalities at our discretion without prior notice to improve the App or ensure fair usage. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated features or mechanics.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise, the App and all its content—including designs, text, graphics, pictures, data, software, sound files, and their arrangement—are the proprietary property of WikZ LLC, its affiliates, licensors, or users, as applicable.

The GetFi logo, names, services, slogans, and trade names associated with WikZ LLC products are owned by the Company or used under license, protected by copyright, trademark laws, and international intellectual property agreements.

Unless authorized by these Terms, no part of the App or its content may be duplicated, reproduced, republished, uploaded, shared, displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the Company. Any mention of products, services, trademarks, or suppliers is for reference only and does not imply endorsement by WikZ LLC.

8. Disclaimer

General Disclaimer: GetFi is provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees, explicit or implied, regarding its functionality, content, or materials. By using the App, you agree to do so at your own risk and for entertainment purposes only.

No Warranty for Performance: WikZ LLC does not guarantee that the App will meet your specific needs, operate without interruption, be timely, secure, or error-free, nor does it guarantee the accuracy or reliability of information obtained through the App.

No Warranty for Technical Issues: WikZ LLC is not liable for technical issues, including blockchain technology problems, server failures, software glitches, AI errors, or connectivity disruptions affecting the App’s performance.

No Liability for User Conduct: WikZ LLC does not support or take responsibility for the actions or conduct of App users, including user-generated content or activities within the App.

No Warranty for Third-Party Services: The App may include links to third-party websites or services not managed by WikZ LLC. We are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. You use such links at your own risk, and WikZ LLC is not liable for any damages or losses arising from third-party services.

Limitation of Liability for Damages: To the fullest extent permitted by law, WikZ LLC disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of the App, unauthorized access to your data, third-party actions, or any other App-related matter.

9. Privacy

Details about how we collect and use your personal information are outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice or liability, for reasons including violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately, and any in-game purchases or achievements will be canceled. Provisions meant to survive termination (e.g., ownership rights, disclaimers, indemnity, liability limitations) will remain in effect.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and protect WikZ LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or costs—including reasonable legal and accounting expenses—resulting from your use of the App or breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming and will be interpreted in accordance with those laws, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

13. Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute, you agree to first attempt resolution by submitting your complaint to us at info@getfi.org. We will respond within 30 calendar days. If unresolved, the matter will be decided in the courts of Wyoming.

14. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. By continuing to use the App after updates take effect, you accept the changes.

15. Binding Terms of Use

By accepting these Terms, you also agree to comply with the Telegram MiniApp Terms of Use.
